The standout features of the Singer 14SH754 is that it can sew at well over 1300 stitches per minute and is a very compact unit which won’t take up any more than one square foot of desk space and as it weighs only 6kg it can easily be lifted to store away when it isn’t being used.
The 14SH754 is different to most other overlockers as it can sew with 2, 3 and 4 threads, which isn’t normal on most other Overlockers on the market and typically overlockers with 4 threads used to retail at well over £300 so Singer have done a great job in creating this with such an affordable price.
The stitching width and length can be adjusted as well as the fabric edge width cutters that are also adjustable. If you aren’t using the cutters then they can be moved out of the workspace easily because of the hinge they are on.
Overall this overlocker will provide a professional finish to any of your sewing projects, whether it is used for flat-locking or decorative applications it works great with highly stretchable material or with slippery or frayed fabric which is where other overlockers on the market seem to struggle. The Singer 14SH754 will save a lot of time because it can cut, sew and then finish a seam all in one go!

Another solid, durable overlocker from Singer - been using these for a few years now, and they're the most reliable and versatile overlockers available in the non-industrial price category.
Just one gripe with this one, Singer have made it harder to thread than the (already difficult) 14SH654 that this has replaced. The "bulb housing", despite now having LED's as opposed to traditional bulbs, is now somewhat larger and gets in the way even more than the old housing - not only making threading harder, but it can also get in the way of handling. Of course this can be gotten used to, but be wary!
